Sole
Taking your 3.50mm crochet hook and DK cream yarn, start of by making a Slip Knot, then crochet 11 Chains.
Round 1~ Crochet 2 Half Double Crochets into the second chain from your hook. Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet into the next 8 chains. Crochet 5 Half Double Crochets into the last chain. {Note: You are now going to be working on the opposite side of foundation chain.} Crochet 1 Half Double Crochet into the next 8 stitches. Crochet 3 Half Double Crochets into the last stitch. You should have 26 stitches now. Do not slip stitch into the first half double crochet of this round.

Right Shoe Strap
Attach your sky blue yarn to the 10th stitch of 'Round 4'.

Round 9~ To create the button hole, Chain 3, and Slip Stitch into the next stitch. Turn your work and crochet 4 Single Crochets into the chain loop. Slip Stitch down into the loop.
Fasten off, and weave in loose ends.
Sew 1 of your buttons exactly on the opposite side of your bootie.
Left Shoe Strap Attach your sky blue yarn to the 21st stitch of 'Round 4'. Row 1 - 8~ Chain 1. Crochet 1 Single Crochet into the same stitch. Crochet 1 Single Crochet into the next stitch. Turn your work. Round 9~ To create the button hole, Chain 3, and Slip Stitch into the next stitch. Turn your work and crochet 4 Single Crochets into the chain loop. Slip Stitch down into the loop. Flowers
Taking your 3.50mm crochet hook and DK cream yarn, start of by making a Slip Knot, then crochet 3 Chains. Crochet 1 Double Crochet Decrease into the first chain you made. Chain 2, then Slip Stitch down into the center of the round. {Note: You're going to continue crocheting into the VERY first chain/loop you made at the start of this round, for the rest of the round.} *Chain 2, then crochet 1 Double Crochet Decrease. Chain 2, then Slip Stitch down into the center of the round. Repeat from * mark once. You should have 3 petals now.
Fasten off, and weave in loose ends.
Repeat flower pattern 5 times. After creating the flowers, take a tapestry needle and yellow yarn and stitch some yellow detailing in the center of each flower.
Now sew 3 flowers onto the front of each shoe, making sure to space them out evenly.
